We are a forward thinking, professional service provider, operating from our principal office in Manchester City Centre with representatives all over England and Wales.

Our current team includes a wide variety of experts and specialist in research, facilities management and finance, which allows our Chartered Surveying team free to deliver a highly professional service to our clients. A dedicated Client Service team is available Monday to Friday, 08.30 - 17.00 to assist with any queries.

The service is aimed at ensuring the level of Rateable Value (RV) is negotiated to be as low as possible, for as long as possible. A number of complementary services such as advice on relief schemes and rent reviews are available on request.
